Built in 1929, Jessville is a historical mansion built in Italian Renaissance style by William Ngartse Thomas Tham in honour of his wife, Jessie To Pui-Chun. It has since been named a Grade III historic building by the Hong Kong government. A modern complex titled Jessville Tower which has now been built adjacent to the original historical complex.
